The Sarah Pettit Doctoral Fellowship is open to doctoral students writing a dissertation in LGBT studies, with lesbian studies particularly encouraged. This fellowship is not open to Yale University students. Residence in New Haven and participation in LGBTS is required during the tenure of the fellowship, which runs from September 1, 2010 to June 31, 2011. You must submit a project description and three letters of recommendation.
