Description
The Frederick Feffer Memorial Scholarship is open to confirmed members of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Torrington, Connecticut. You must have a record of having communed and contributed to St. Paul's during the present or preceding year to be eligible for this award. Priority will be given to students taking undergraduate courses. Additional priority will be given to students who are active in worship attendance and participation in St. Paul's ministries and activities.
