Description
The Thomas K. and Marie (Cousineau) Keegan Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at Monroe County Community College. You must be a resident of Monroe County, a U.S. citizen, and be involved in community service to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who graduated from St. Mary Catholic Central High School with a minimum GPA of 3.2 and financial need.
