The Philip J. Iott Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Monroe County Community College. You must have participated in the Balanced and Restorative Justice (BARJ) system or an MCCC Upward Bound Program to qualify for this award. Preference is given to former residents of Monroe County Youth Center.
