Heavy and Utility Division -ICA Scholarship Fund

The Indiana Constructors, Inc. Scholarship is available to students from central Indiana. You must be currently involved, or plan to pursue, a degree related to highway, bridge, and/or the utility construction industry and an accredited Indiana institution. You must also demonstrate scholastic achievement, talent and skill through school, community and work experience to be eligible for this award.
