Description
The North Dakota Scholars Program is open to North Dakota residents who attend a North Dakota public, private (not-for-profit), or tribal college. To be eligible for this award, you must be a high school junior and take the ACT and score in the upper fifth percentile of all North Dakota ACT test takers.
