The Iowa Heritage Award is available to new, full-time transfer students at the University of Iowa. You must be a nonresident of Iowa who has a parent, step-parent, legal guardian or grandparent who graduated from UI with a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree. Also, you must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
