Description
The Robert Spar Memorial Scholarship is open to seniors who are graduating from a Baltimore City public high school. You must major in the field of political science, history, or pre- law and have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or better. Also, you must attend Bowie State University, Coppin State University, Frostburg State University, Morgan State University, St. Marys College of Maryland, Stevenson University, Towson University, University of Maryland College Park, or University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
