Description
The Luminarts Visual Arts Fellowship is open to students between the ages of 18 and 30. You must be enrolled in a visual arts degree program and live within 150 miles of the Union League Club of Chicago to be eligible for this award. Entrants may submit up to three images of artwork or one moving image video.
