Description
The Armilda W. Dowis Memorial Scholarship is available to entering students at Northeastern Junior College. You must be a graduate of Sterling High School, have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students entering the licensed practical nursing field.
