Description
The Joseph J. Cooligan Scholarship is available to graduating students at Springfield Technical Community College. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be active in community and campus events and have been employed while at STCC to qualify for this award. An essay and a letter of recommendation must also be submitted.
