The Eugene and Opal Weis Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Rochester Community and Technical College. You must be pursuing a degree in building trades and be a graduate of a Rochester public school. Also, you must possess talent, aptitude and enthusiasm for the building trades to qualify for this award.
