Presidential Scholarship - RCTC

Description

The Presidential Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Rochester Community and Technical College. You must be a resident of Minnesota, have a minimum GPA of 3.9 or rank in the top five percent of your class to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who demonstrate leadership and community involvement.
