The Raymond and Melvin Hubbard Annual Scholarship is available to students at Virginia Western Community College. You must be enrolled in the advanced technology program, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who are residents of Bedford or Roanoke County or from Roanoke City (zip code 24013).
