Description
The Juliette Tyler Lewis Civic Award is available to students who graduated high school while participating in the College Bound Academic Mentoring Program. You must be currently enrolled in college or a graduate / professional school and have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate a record of community service / volunteerism within the last six months.
