Description
The Kay Hobby Memorial Scholarship is available to students from Hillsdale County. You must be a graduate of any Hillside County high school or Hudson, Addison, or Quincy High School and pursuing a two - year degree from an accredited community college or a vocational / trade school. You must have at least a 2.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
