Strom Thurmond Scholarship

The Strom Thurmond Scholarship is available to Ph.D. students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of South Carolina. You must be studying political science or international studies and demonstrate academic achievement and potential for advanced research in international relations, foreign policy or comparative studies to be eligible for this award.
