Willis L. McClellan Memorial Scholarship

The Willis L. McClellan Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students at Pennsylvania Sate University, College of Agricultural Sciences. You must be enrolled in the College of Agricultural Sciences, be majoring in crop and soil science or agroecology and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who have an interest in studying insect problems or diseases in conservation tillage.
