Description
The Bill Milliken Scholarship is open to any graduating senior who is a student of a New York State Art Teachers Association (NYSATA) member, intends to pursue a career in visual art, and has been accepted by an accredited art school or college art program. Your selection will be based on demonstration of commitment to visual arts, development of a personal voice or vision and evidence of mastery of the visual arts elements, principles, and a range of media. In addition, you will need to submit slides, a personal statement and letters of recommendation.
