Description
The Lilo and Richard Transportation Engineering Scholarship is available to students attending Oregon State University, College of Engineering. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be majoring in civil engineering to be eligible for this award. First preference is given to an undergraduate in traffic engineering and traffic safety. Second preference is given to a graduate student in the same area.
