The Glenn Holcomb Memorial Scholarship is available to juniors and seniors attending Oregon State University, College of Engineering. You must be majoring in civil engineering with a demonstrated interest in structural engineering, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.
