The Hispanic Scholarship Fund-Wells Fargo Scholarship is available to Hispanic students. You must be transferring from a two-year institution to a four-year institution or be a freshman student at a four-year institution. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA and be a US citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this award.
