Description
The Elizabeth Czepiel Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Quinebaug Valley Community College. You must be between the ages of 17-21 and be striving to overcome financial, social or economic barriers to college. Also, you must submit a letter of recommendation and be enrolled in the Opportunity for Success Program to be eligible for this award.
