Description
The Joyce Ivy Summer Scholars Program is open to female high school sophomores and juniors who are interested in attending a pre - college summer program. You must be a resident of Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate the academic and extracurricular potential to attend an academically rigorous and highly selective college or university.
