The L. Peter Groves - Northwestern Mutual Scholarship is available to non-traditional students at Western Technical College. You must be enrolled in at least 12 credits in the nursing program, have completed at least 12 credits, six of which must have been in occupational specific courses and be a resident of La Cross County to qualify for this award.
