Franklin Banner Journalism Scholarship

Description

The Franklin Banner Journalism Scholarship is available to students at the Pennsylvania State University, College of Communications. You must be majoring in journalism, be a graduate of a Pennsylvania high school and express an interest in a newspaper or public relations career. Also, you must have at least fourth-semester standing and exhibit evidence of academic success to be eligible for this award.
