Description
The Elizabeth B. Dickey Southern Interscholastic Press Association (SIPA) Scholarship is available to students at the University of South Carolina, School of Journalism and Mass Communications. You must be on a SIPA member publication or broadcasting staff and have a good academic record. Also, you must plan to pursue a career in the field and plan to attend the SIPA Convention to be eligible for this award.
