Judge Sheldon Fernandez Endowed Scholarship

The Judge Sheldon Fernandez Endowed Scholarship is available to students at Southeastern Louisiana University. You must be a resident of the 24th Judicial District. You must also have a high school GPA of at least 3.0 and demonstrate participation in extracurricular activities and good moral character to be eligible for this award.
