Kathryn and Mayor Russell "Tippy" DePaula Scholarship

Description

The Kathryn Mayor Russell "Tippy" DePaula Scholarship is available to students entering Southeastern Louisiana University. You must be a graduate of Hammond High School or St. Thomas Aquinas High School and have at least a 3.0 GPA. You must be involved in high school extracurricular activities, be a well-rounded student and show leadership qualities to be eligible for this award.
