Charles A. Esser Memorial Scholarship

The Charles A. Esser Memorial Scholarhsip is available to non- traditional graduate students studying public administration. You must be must be a part-time student at Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, or the University of Arizona and exhibit strong academic achievement. You must also be currently working in local government and pursuing a career in local government management to be eligible for this award.
