Barksdale's Medicine Scholarship

Description

The Barksdale Medicine Scholarship is available to African- American students at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, School of Medicine. You must be a first- year student and a Mississippi resident. You must also demonstrate a history of academic achievement, potential for success in medicine and a commitment to reside and practice medicine in Mississippi for a period of at least five years after graduation to be eligible for this award.
