The Howard University Science and Mathematics for All Program is open to entering graduate students at Howard University who are pursuing a master of arts teaching degree. You must have completed a bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering or a related science discipline, have experience working with adolescents, and be a U.S. citizen, national or permanent resident to be eligible for this award. You must also have earned a minimum 3.0 GPA in science or mathematics courses, demonstrate computer proficiency, and take and pass all parts of Praxis I and Praxis II. Recipients will work full-time in the Prince George's County Public School system while completing their degrees. An interview and essay are required.
