Description
The William M. Cooper Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at Chemung County high schools. You must have been accepted into a college or university and have a good scholastic record. You must also be a well- rounded individual who demonstrates maturity, leadership, outstanding citizenship and involvement in extracurricular activities to be considered for this award. Financial need will also be considered.
