Description
The Josh Palmer Scholarship is available to students who graduated from an accredited high school in the following counties: Chemung, Steuben, Schuyler, or Tioga, PA. You must have overcome an obstacle related to physical adversity and demonstrate outstanding citizenship, leadership and financial need to be eligible for this award.
