Description
The Betty O'Connor Memorial/ Youth Bowling Scholarship is available to students who are sanctioned Elmira Youth Bowlers. You must have been accepted or currently attend an accredited college, university or vocational school in the U.S. or Canada to be considered. Selection will also be based on scholastic and bowling achievements as well as school and civic activities.
