Description
The Scroggin Memorial Scholarship is available to freshmen who plan to continue as a sophomore at the College of the Siskiyous. You must have a minimum of six units in history with a grade of "B" or better with the intent of continuing in either history or debate to be considered for this award. Demonstrated financial need and a minimum 3.0 GPA are also required.
