The Paul and Daisy Soros Graduate Fellowship for New Americans is available to students with a bachelor's degree or who are in their final year of undergraduate study. You must be under the age of 30 as of November 30, be either a holder of a Green Card, a naturalized citizen, or the child of two naturalized citizens to qualify for this award.
