Lutcher Lynn Palmer Memorial Scholarship

Description

The Lutcher Lynn Palmer Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students attending Sul Ross State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a graduate of Grandfalls, Royalty, Ira or Snyder High School and be in good academic and disciplinary standing to be considered for this award. Preference will be given to music or elementary education majors.
