The Leo and Julia Blackburn/Crossing the Threshold Scholarship is open to students at Shawnee State University who are seeking a bachelor's degree in business. To be eligible for this award, you must have graduated from an accredited preparatory business school with an associate degree in an area of business, be of good character and have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Preference is given to graduates of Southeastern Business College.
