The American Legion Post 23, Scholarship is open to students at Shawnee State University who are residents of Scioto County (OH) or members or family members of Post 23. Preference is given to Post 23 members and their families. You must have a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. A copy of membership card must accompany your application.
