The Dr. G. Elmer Harford Memorial Scholarship is available to second-year students at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. You must have excelled in the study of anatomical sciences and be a member of the Stirling Harford Anatomical Society. Also, you must rank in the top 50 percent of your class and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
