Daily Herald Reporter Internship

Description

The Daily Herald Reporter Internship is open to students looking for hands-on experience in reporting and writing at a daily newspaper in a competitive and major market. You should be pursuing a four-year liberal arts degree with a major in journalism, English or a related field. Priority will be given to applicants who have worked at least one semester on a college newspaper and/or completed a previous internship at a daily newspaper. In addition, you must have taken courses in journalism basics, reporting techniques, journalism law, and libel; with basic knowledge of government and/or public affairs, the Associated Press style a plus.
