NCBA Meeting and Events Internship-PAID

Description

The NCBA Meeting and Events Internship is available to students enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, event management, agriculture, animal science, agriculture communications, agricultural marketing, or comparable degree program with an interest in event production. To be considered for this role, you should have intermediate knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the internet. Additionally, you should be innovative with event coordination skills, pleasant, outgoing, and at ease meeting new people. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with the various facets of association event planning, including small meetings as well as a large-scale convention and trade show. You will spend time with NCBA staff learning about association management operations, registration, housing, catering, audiovisual, sponsorship sales, customer service, supplier relations, exhibits/trade show, event marketing, entertainment, and overall event production. This internship is offered in Centennial, CO.
