Brooklyn Botanic Garden Apprentice Program (GAP)-PAID

Description

The Brooklyn Botanic Garden Apprentice Program (GAP) is available to high school students in the Brooklyn, NY, area. As an intern, you will learn about urban agriculture and the environment while working in one of the most exciting public gardens in the world. Apprentices make a nine-month commitment to GAP, from March to November. Programming takes place once or twice a week during the spring and fall sessions, and four days a week in the summer. Apprentices can work their way up the four-tier program during each year of high school.
