The Charles Schwab Donor Services Internship is available to upper-division undergraduate students with a passion for philanthropy and learning about the financial services industry. To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and service skills. As an intern, you will serve clients' needs through immediate, thoughtful, and thorough responses to client inquires via the 800-phone line, email channels, or other communication channels. You will deepen relationships by providing resourceful, effective problem analysis and resolution for clients and advisors. You will also ensure accurate and timely service on client requests while practicing active listening, open ended dialogue, and rapport building to gain a thorough understanding of clients’ needs to enhance their charitable giving. This eight-week internship is offered in Westlake, TX.
