Description

The Charles Schwab Human Resources Internship is available to upper-division undergraduate students with coursework relevant to the human resources field. To be considered for this role, you should possess excellent communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. Additionally, you should have a passion for service, the ability to build strong relationships, and be interested in surveying, data analytics, and research. As an intern, you will focus on one of the following areas: talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, HR product or corporate real estate. Through a nine-week program, you will be exposed to Schwab culture and will have a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths. This internship is offered in various locations.
