Description

The State Farm Mortgage/Real Estate Investments Internship is available to upper-division undergraduate students who are studying real estate, investments, accounting, financial statement analysis, economics, and corporate finance. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and strong prioritization, critical thinking, analytical, time management, and organizational skills. As an intern, you will assist with investment origination, due diligence, and financial modeling to support the continued growth of the commercial mortgage loan and real estate equity portfolios. You will also analyze and evaluate economic data, local market research, property comparables, and tenant financial information to support risk assessments, valuations, and decisions for multifamily, industrial, office, and retail property types.
