The Operations Project Engineer Co-Op is available to undergraduate students with a minimum GPA of 2.75 who possess strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. To be considered for this role, you should be open to working in a factory environment, have an analytical skillset for data tracking and results analysis, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. As an intern, you will be responsible for the supporting all operations related activities in the production of raw product (pumpkin) for processing. You will develop detailed standards that are impactful, be a problem solver by creating solutions to problems in accordance with operations, and prepare procedures and standards for upload to POKA system. You will also anticipate problems, take corrective action prior to equipment failure and will master plant process flows, utility flows, capacities, procedures, and practices. This internship is offered in Morton, IL.
