The CBPP Equity and Inclusion Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students with a background in participating in, leading, and/or organizing efforts to foster greater equity and inclusion for historically marginalized communities and/or identity groups. To be considered for this internship, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to work across cultural differences. Additionally, you should be creative, thoughtful, solution-oriented, innovative, highly self-motivated, organized, and collaborative. As an intern, you will support an array of projects related to the organization’s equity and inclusion work and support the collection of resources to be used in E&I training and professional development opportunities. This internship is offered as a fully-remote position. Interns who reside in the Washington, DC, area will have the option to work in person or in a hybrid arrangement.
