Law Clerk Internship

Description

The Law Clerk Internship is open to students who are 18 years of age or older who are currently enrolled in a law school that is accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) or the State Bar of California. You must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong rganizational skills and ability to work independently and use good judgment, have the ability organizational skills and ability to work independently and use good judgment. Must have strong computer skills. Intern duties may include, legal research, drafting legal briefs or oppositions to be filed in court, review of criminal case files and police reports, exhibit organization, review and memorialization of various types of discovery, attending and observing court proceedings and other duties as necessary.
